Initial Hypnosis Visit

Please plan on committing to between one hour and an hour & ½ for your initial visit. There are several forms for you to complete prior to our session. It is important that we have time to review these together. I spend time learning more about you and your goals for the session; I also want you to feel free to ask me any questions that might help you become more comfortable with the process of hypnosis.

Subsequent sessions are planned for approximately 45 minutes to one hour.

I encourage you to view What Hypnosis Is & Is Not prior to your initial office visit.

Appointments are scheduled in advance; there are no walk-in appointments.

If you have scheduled an appointment and need to change it, it is your responsibility to call a minimum of 24 hours in advance. If you receive the voice mail, leave a message, as all calls are returned promptly. Appointments made online using book now, may be changed online- up to a day in advance.

Cancellations or missed appointments
Twenty four hour notice is required for all cancellations. Missed appointments or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice may be charged the full amount of the session. Appointments made using book now online, will be charged the current appointment fee if the appointment is missed or cancelled with less 24 hour notice.

Services are paid for at the time of the appointment. Cash as well as personal checks. If a check is returned, a fee of $25.00 will be applied to your account. I do not bill insurance companies, however I will happily supply you with the documentation you might need to submit to your insurance company. It is your responsibility to contact your insurance company to find out what benefits you have.

Packages purchased at a discounted rate are non-refundable.

Confidentiality: I will not release any information to anyone without a written authorization from you, except as provided for by law.

On your first visit from the time I shake your hand I will pretty much be up to something, OK I am sort of joking and sort of not joking, But bear in mind the first session is for me to learn about you and to set up my game plan for the rest of our sessions, I will be asking you some medical questions and many questions that may not make any sense at all to you, but no matter how silly you think the questions are answer them to the best of your ability and always tell the truth, For me to do my job it is very important that I know things about you, I have to know such things as how you react when I give you a command of some sort, sometimes i may be looking at you in a way that you might think is odd, that would because for one thing I am reading your body language and facial expressions.

The way you sit and the way you hold your mouth and many many more things about a person can tell me much more sometimes than what they are actually saying, so be patient and roll with the flow and before you know it we will have accomplished what you came to me for.

I will also be giving you homework such as CD's or meditations to do this is all part of you getting the most out of the program. I will also plant suggestions that will make you hungry for good healthy food as opposed to junk food, and I may adjust it as we go along, trust me and I will do my very best to help you meet your goal quickly and with as little problems as possible.

OK once again not because this is the only type of hypnosis that I do, but because I want you to be really committed to yourself before you make a decision that may or may not make you happy in the long run, I want you to know the reasons that you should want to lose weight or stop being addicted to anything, I am going to run thru all the questions that you should ask yourself before you commit.

What types of food will you need to eat as much as possible, while trying to lose weight

The Answer is: Complex carbohydrates such as, oatmeal, plain popcorn and potatoes will help you loose weight. Along with fruits and vegetables.

How often should you exercise while trying to lose weight: Easy Answer : Everyday, Sometimes several times a day, All these questions will be answered by your trainer.

Once you start this program with me you are going to get a lot of tough LOVE from me and others, If you can do the top two about the eating and the exercising when you are alone, Everything else will fall into place for you, I will be in control of your motivation and your happiness basically, That means I will give you all the support you need within the program as designed, I will also make a promise to you, You will have my complete attention while you are on my program, I will also make decisions for you, Like how long I feel you need to be in which group and such as that.

Follow up sessions with Debbie ($150.00)
Goals have been set, work has begun and now it is time to continue the work.
